Northumberland Christian School has been singing an annual
music program since the school started in 1972.
Because worship is central to life, music is an integral part of
every day at NCS.
Choir at NCS involves
the entire student body, not just a select group. We want
all our students to understand and appreciate many of the
different types of music which have been written to praise God.
Whether singing the great hymns of the church, choruses from the
oratorios of the past, anthems, scripture songs, or contemporary
praise songs from various cultures, NCS seeks to make music and
worship an important part of school life.

From the north
Take Rt 147 south to Northumberland. Turn Left at the traffic light onto Water Street. At the next traffic light turn right onto 147 S. and go across the island. On the far side of the second bridge turn to the right and follow Front St. to the traffic signal at Reagan Street. Turn left onto Reagan. Follow Reagan under the railroad and up the hill to Catawissa Avenue. Turn Left on Catawissa Ave. Emmanuel Bible Fellowship Church will be on the lefthand side as you are going up the hill.
From the south
Take Route 11/15 north. Take the exit for Sunbury/Route 61South. After you cross the river follow the ramp to the left (Route 61 S./ 147 N.). You will now be traveling north on Front Street. Follow Front St. to the traffic signal at Reagan Street. Turn right onto Reagan. Follow Reagan under the railroad and up the hill to Catawissa Avenue. Turn Left on Catawissa Ave. Emmanuel Bible Fellowship Church will be on the lefthand side as you are going up the hill. |
